Pastor's Blog: Time to Get Back to Church!
Lord willing, we will begin looking at Daniel 6 this Sunday, “Daniel’s Deliverance.” It is planned as a three-part series and we will consider some very important issues. The full title would be, “The Deadly Pride of Darius and the Deliverance of Daniel.” We will begin by looking at the Prideful Plot Against God’s Man (vv. 1-17), which will take two messages. Then we will consider the Providential Protection of God’s Man (vv. 18-23) and the Predictable Promotion of God’s Majesty (vv. 24-28)

These have been days of trial and difficulty for everyone. The coronavirus pandemic has negatively impacted almost every area of our society. While I believe the dangers have been grossly overstated by the media and many parts of the government, we have taken every precaution at TBC to provide the proper protocols for your protection while at church. Obviously, if you have any condition that would jeopardize your health, you should follow doctors’ orders and keep yourself as sequestered as necessary. On the other hand, I believe there is a time to put our trust in the Lord and move forward in obedience to His directions for worship and ministry. If you are unable for whatever reason to attend in person, please join us online for live streaming of the services on Facebook or watch/listen later through the website or YouTube channel.
Please keep our pastor search committee in your prayers. God’s man is out there; we need wisdom to discern His will in regard to our next senior pastor.
Sunday School is Back! Please join us each week at 9:15 am! Please pray for your teacher and plan to be present with your family. We are having a blessed time in the book of Proverbs.

As always, I am looking forward to what God will do at Tabernacle this coming Sunday. Please be present with your Bibles in hand as we worship the Lord together!
Blessings, YFJS, Bro. Tom
